Whataburger is looking for a Shift Leader to keep the restaurant running smoothly and to lead the team on each shift. You will coach team members, push for excellence in food quality, service, and cleanliness, and help your crew work efficiently during busy periods.

This home location role in Arlington, TX partners with the Restaurant Manager to develop leadership skills, manage shift transitions, and promote a positive, high-energy culture while upholding safety and standards.

Formación

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience.
• Open availability including overnights, weekends, holidays, variable hours, and dependable attendance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shift management to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Coach, train, and motivate Family Members to perform at peak levels.
• Support goals related to food cost, labor cost, sales performance, and inventory processes.
• Uphold food safety, workplace safety, sanitation, and compliance requirements.
• Foster teamwork, communication, accountability, and a positive work culture.
