Based at your home restaurant, you will lead a team, manage shifts, uphold food safety, and partner with the Restaurant Manager to hit cost and service goals.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be able to meet business needs with open availability including overnights and weekends.
• Be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 55 lbs.
• Experience coaching or leading teams with strong customer service and communication.
• ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain through training.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift management to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Coach, train, and motivate team members to perform at peak levels.
• Support goals related to food cost, labor cost, sales, and inventory basics.
• Uphold food safety, workplace safety, sanitation, and compliance.
• Foster teamwork, accountability, and a positive work culture.
• Prepare and transition shift operations to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
