Whataburger in Dallas, TX is seeking a Shift Leader to drive operational excellence and lead a high-energy team on all shift operations.

You will mentor team members, manage staffing during day, night, and overnight shifts, and uphold safety and quality standards while delivering great customer service. This role offers growth opportunities within a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma/GED preferred or equivalent experience.
• Open availability including overnights, weekends, holidays, and variable hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift management to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Coach, train, and motivate Family Members.
• Support goals related to food cost, labor cost, sales performance, and inventory processes.
• Uphold food safety, workplace safety, sanitation, and compliance requirements.
• Foster teamwork, communication, accountability, and a positive work culture.
• Prepare and transition shift operations to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
