Einstein Bros Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader who will collaborate with the General Manager to drive a great guest experience. You’ll coach team members, open/close shifts, and uphold quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Empower Shift Leaders to take charge and set the morale and tone of the team; provide feedback and coaching as needed.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Help ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
• Opportunities for career growth within the company, with many General Managers starting as Shift Leaders.
