Qualifications

Able to work varied hours including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
Must pass background check per local/state/federal law.
ServSafe Certification required prior to leadership training.

Responsibilities

Motivate the team and maintain high guest service standards along with the General Manager.
Provide coaching and feedback to team members as needed.
Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a clean, safe store environment.
