Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels is hiring a Shift Leader in Plantation, FL. You will collaborate with the General Manager to boost team morale and deliver a top-notch guest experience. You will coach teammates, open and close the store with minimal supervision, and uphold food quality and a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid state issued driver’s license (preferred but location dependent).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Empower Shift Leaders to set morale and tone, provide feedback, and coach teammates as needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain food and beverage quality and keep a safe, clean store environment.
• Opportunity to grow from Shift Leader to General Manager.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Must be 18 years or older

Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends

ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training

Driver's license (preferred or required at some locations)
