Einstein Bros. Bagels in the United States is seeking a Shift Leader who will collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team, deliver a great guest experience, and open and close the store with minimal supervision.

You will help maintain food quality and a clean, safe environment, earn competitive pay with tips, and have access to benefits and career growth opportunities; many leaders started as shift leaders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours, including early hours and weekends.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Must be able to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Coach team members and provide feedback.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain food quality and a safe, clean store environment.
• Grow your career from Shift Leader toward General Manager.
