Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass background check where applicable.
• ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license preferred at specific locations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean store environment and ensure food and beverage quality.
