Einstein Bros Bagels in Miami Gardens, FL is seeking a Shift Leader to collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and ensure a top-notch guest experience. You will coach staff, open/close the store, and uphold food quality and a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must possess, or be able to obtain, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (preferred but not always required at all locations).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and keep a safe, clean store environment.
