Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Ormond Beach, FL seeks a Shift Leader to partner with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.

You will open and close the store with minimal supervision, helping set the morale and tone of the team and coaching teammates as needed. We offer a flexible schedule, PTO after 90 days, no evenings or nights, competitive pay with tips, EAP, free life coaching resources, and a 401K with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid state-issued driver’s license (preferred or required at some locations).
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Additional benefit eligibility subject to position guidelines at time of hire.
