Bruegger's Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader in Auburndale to work alongside the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will open and close the store with minimal supervision, coach staff, and ensure food quality in a clean, safe environment.

We offer a flexible schedule, payroll with tips, and benefits. Applicants should be 18+, able to pass a background check, and may need ServSafe certification before leadership training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
