Bruegger's Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to motivate the team, coach staff, and ensure a high-quality guest experience. You will open and close the store, uphold food safety and cleanliness, and help drive a positive atmosphere in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers growth potential, with many leaders advancing from Shift Leader positions, and emphasizes work-life balance with no evenings or nights at many locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid state issued driver’s license (preferred but not required at all locations).
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Additional benefits eligibility subject to position guidelines at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience in collaboration with the General Manager.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and a safe, clean store environment.
