Job summary

Bruegger's Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to join our Bagel Brands team. You will collaborate with the General Manager to motivate staff and ensure a great guest experience while maintaining quality and safety in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include opening/closing with minimal supervision, coaching associates, and supporting growth into leadership roles. We offer a flexible schedule, benefits, and opportunities for advancement in a friendly, community-driven atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to pass background check.
• Must have ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a valid state driver’s license preferred at certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and a safe, clean store environment.
• Grow career within the company from Shift Leader onward.
