Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check as required by law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver's license (preferred or required at some locations).
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience and coach team members when needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision; ensure quality of food/beverage and a clean, safe environment.
