Bruegger's Bagels in Rochester, MN is seeking a Shift Leader to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. You will open and close the store with little supervision, set the morale and tone of the team, and coach colleagues when needed while ensuring food and beverage quality and a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Availability for varied hours including early mornings and weekends.
• Must pass background check.
• ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Driver's license preferred at specific locations.
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Additional benefits eligibility subject to hire guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience.
