Job summary

Bruegger's Bagels in Plymouth, MN is seeking a Shift Leader to work closely with the General Manager to energize the team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will coach staff, open and close the store with minimal supervision, and uphold quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, flexibility for early hours and weekends, and ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must have ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver's license (preferred but only required at certain locations).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Open and close the store with little supervision.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and ensure a safe, clean store environment.
