Job summary

Bruegger's Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to support the General Manager, motivate the team, and ensure a great guest experience. You will open and close the store, coach staff, and maintain food quality and a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training is required.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license is preferred (location dependent).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and ensure a safe, clean store environment.
