Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a restaurant or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety, guest service, and restaurant operations.
• State alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe certifications.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 40 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
• Serve as a key holder responsible for opening and closing the restaurant.
• Delegate tasks to team members to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
• Engage with guests to address concerns with urgency and care.
• Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring team members.
• Maintain FOH and BOH processes including recipe adherence and food safety.
• Assist inventory management and line checks to uphold quality.
• Supervise cash handling during opening/closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory checklists.
• Resolve issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
