Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises restaurant hourly team members on the shift to ensure quality and guest service.
• Plan and supervise completion of tasks while ensuring safety and sanitation.
• Provide training to hourly team members using company tools.
• Assist in maintaining equipment and report repairs to the General Manager.
• Perform administrative tasks including audits, deposits, and incident reporting.
• Attend meetings and stay current with certifications.
• Recommend disciplinary action as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant interior and exterior.
