The Shift Leader ensures quality, handles guest concerns, oversees opening/closing, and leads a team to deliver great food and service. 18+ and prior restaurant or customer service experience required; food handler certification may be required.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Able to work flexible hours
• Must obtain/maintain a valid food handler's certificate (may be obtained during employment)
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Serve guests quickly and resolve complaints to ensure a positive experience
• Oversee product preparation, sanitation, and cost controls
• Coordinate opening and closing procedures and crew productivity
• Lead by example, enforce appearance and procedural standards, and provide feedback
• Communicate with team and managers to ensure smooth operations
