Job summary
Taco Bell in Cranston, RI is looking for a Shift Lead to energize the team, coach staff, and ensure guests leave satisfied. You will manage daily operations, uphold food safety, and support the GM in driving restaurant goals.
Ideal candidates have 1 year of restaurant/retail experience with 3 months in a shift lead role, are 18+, and possess strong communication and leadership abilities. This on-site role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to advance.
Qualifications
- 1 year restaurant/retail experience, 3 months shift lead preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Execute MIC Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Oversee Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean appearances.
- Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
- Provide regular feedback to GM on team performance.
- Offer constructive feedback to team members.
- Mentor and train team members.
- Assist GM in screening candidates.
- Support profit & loss through cash control and labor management.
- Oversee product preparation, rotation, and holding times.
- Support facility maintenance and health/safety standards.
