Job summary

Taco Bell in Johnston, RI is seeking a Shift Lead to drive our team through fast-paced shifts, coach teammates, resolve guest concerns, and uphold Taco Bell standards. You’ll partner with the management team to run daily operations and ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience with 3 months shift lead preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to move up to 45 lbs.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift execution and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee team completion of Shift Excellence tasks and maintain a clean, professional appearance.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and provide feedback to the GM.
• Assist GM with hiring, training, and labor management.
• Oversee product preparation, rotation and holding times.
• Support facility maintenance and health & safety standards.
