Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Physical dexterity required (ability to move up to 45 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to meet Taco Bell's standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coach and guide Team Members to success.
• Oversee completion of Shift Excellence tasks and maintain cleanliness.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly.
• Provide feedback on Team Member performance.
