Job summary

Taco Bell in Woonsocket, RI seeks a Shift Lead to guide shifts with energy, coaching a team, and resolving guest concerns to ensure satisfaction. You will partner with management to drive restaurant initiatives in a fast-paced environment and own day-to-day operations.

The role emphasizes MIC routines, food safety, order accuracy, and staff development. You’ll support cash controls, inventory, and labor, while promoting Taco Bell values and ensuring a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Accessibility to dependable transportation
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs
• Attendance and punctuality required
• Basic math skills
• Maintains customer satisfaction and health & safety standards
• Promotes Taco Bell culture and values
• Executes shift duties accurately and efficiently

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by executing the MIC routine.
• Oversee Team Members' completion of Shift Excellence tasks.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on Team Member performance.
• Offer constructive feedback to Team Members.
• Train Team Members on shift duties.
• Handle conflicts and assist GM with resolutions.
• Assist GM in screening Team Members.
• Support Profit & Loss management through cash controls, inventory, and labor.
• Oversee product preparation, rotation, and holding times.
• Assist GM with facility maintenance and health standards.
