Partner with management to execute MIC routines, ensure food safety, and uphold quality. The role offers flexible day/evening shifts and opportunities to develop leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Able to move up to 45 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Promotes Taco Bell culture and values.
• Flexible day/evening/late night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to meet standards and resolve customer concerns.
• Oversee team completion of Shift Excellence tasks and maintain appearance.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Provide feedback to GM on team performance.
• Assist GM with hiring and training.
• Support labor, inventory, and cash control procedures.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and health standards.
• Promote equity, inclusion, and belonging.
