Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• 1+ year supervisory experience in a restaurant/retail environment.
• Must pass Food Safety Certification.
• Friendly, customer-first mindset in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Enjoy problem-solving in a bustling kitchen.
• Able to stand 8-9 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Illinois applicants must obtain food safety certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts with task assignment and feedback.
• Ensure security procedures are followed.
• Maintain back-of-house procedural standards.
• Count drawers and manage daily cash handling.
• Prepare quality finished products efficiently.
• Meet health and safety standards for food and cleanliness.
• Restock food line, chips, and cooler.
• Clean tables, counters, floors, bathrooms, kitchen and utensils; take out trash.
• Operate cash register and balance cash handling.
• Handle customer complaints/issues effectively.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
