Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a Shift Leader to drive daily restaurant operations and lead the team on duty. You will ensure quality, service, and cleanliness while coaching staff in real time and maintaining brand standards.

The role requires a hands-on leader able to manage a fast-paced environment, monitor performance metrics, and uphold food safety procedures. Nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or shift leadership experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage restaurant operations during assigned shifts as MOD
• Deploy team members effectively across key positions (kitchen and front of house)
• Drive strong execution during peak and non-peak hours
• Monitor ticket times, order flow, and Speed of Service (SOS) performance
• Adjust staffing and manage breaks based on business needs
• Communicate clear goals and expectations to the team each shift
• Execute daily cleaning plans and maintain sanitation standards
• Follow cash handling procedures and complete shift documentation
• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service on every shift
