Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Kyle, Texas, is seeking a Shift Leader to help motivate the team and ensure a great guest experience. You will open and close the store, coach staff, and uphold quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates can work varied hours, are at least 18, and will pass background checks. ServSafe Certification is required before completing leadership training, with a preference for applicants holding a valid driver's license as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must have ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Empower Shift Leaders to take charge and set morale and tone of the team.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Maintain food and beverage quality and a safe, clean store environment.
