Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to motivate a team and deliver a top-notch guest experience. This role involves coaching staff, opening/closing the store, and maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, be at least 18, and be able to work varied hours, including early mornings and weekends. ServSafe certification is required before leadership training. Training leads to growth within Bagel Brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must have ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid, state-issued driver's license preferred or required at specific locations.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience and maintain morale.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Ensure quality of food/beverages and a safe, clean store environment.
• Support career growth and advancement within the organization.
