Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Manor, TX is seeking a Shift Leader to help motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. You will work closely with the General Manager to set the tone, coach staff, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.

The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth within the company. A high school diploma, ability to work varied hours, and ServSafe certification are preferred requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days, including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable by law.
• Must possess or obtain a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver's license preferred or required at specific locations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Empower Shift Leaders to set morale and tone of the team.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Ensure food/beverage quality and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
