Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early shifts.
• Pass background check.
• ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Empower Shift Leaders to set morale and tone of the team.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Maintain quality and a safe, clean store environment.
