Bruegger's Bagels in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Shift Leader to help manage daily operations and coach team members. You will support the General Manager in delivering a great guest experience, while ensuring quality, safety, and cleanliness across the store. The role offers a pathway to grow into leadership and requires flexibility with early hours.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ServSafe Certification preferred or must obtain.
• Must be 18 years or older, able to work varied hours including early mornings.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Valid driver's license preferred at some locations.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Motivate and coach team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Ensure quality, safety, and cleanliness of the store.
• Collaborate with General Manager to set morale and tone of the team.
• Assist with scheduling and guest service excellence.
