Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; restaurant supervisory experience preferred and EPL FSA certification after hire.
Strong leadership and training abilities to develop team.

Responsibilities

Manage restaurant opening and closing procedures, including security and inventory coordination.
Ensure service speed meets goals and maintain cleanliness per QSC standards.
Prioritize tasks and adjust staffing based on sales volume and guidance from leadership.
Train staff on new products and procedures.
Oversee cash handling, deposits, and ensure compliance with operating procedures.
Greet customers and assist with orders to ensure a positive guest experience.
