Jersey Mike's Subs Lexington, VA is seeking a Shift Leader to help run busy shifts, open/close procedures, and guide a team of 3 to 8 colleagues. You will oversee food prep, quality, safety, and guest service, ensuring every order meets Mike's Way standards.

You will coach teammates, manage shift performance, and support labor and inventory goals while upholding a positive, team-first culture. Must be 18+ with 30+ hours per week availability, including weekends.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or supervisory experience.
• ServSafe Food Handler certification is a plus.
• Ability to stand for full shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 18+ and available for all shifts, including weekends.

• Shift Leadership & Operations: Lead opening/closing, run shifts, supervise 3–8 team members.
• Food Quality & Prep: Bake bread, prep daily tasks, slice meats and cheeses precisely.

• Quality & Safety: Maintain Mike's Way quality, sanitation, and guest service standards.
