Job summary

Burger King is hiring a Shift Leader to guide a Team Members during each shift and ensure smooth operation of the restaurant. This role blends hands-on leadership with training, giving you a solid springboard into higher management.

As a Shift Coordinator, you’ll drive guest satisfaction, maintain speed and accuracy, manage cash and inventory, and coach teammates to improve performance. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience.
• A strong sense of guest service and team leadership.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Team Members across every workstation during your shift
• Drive speed of service, accuracy, and guest satisfaction
• Maintain cash control, security procedures, and inventory accuracy
• Coach Team Members in the moment to raise performance
• Review shift results and spot opportunities to improve
• Uphold operational and brand standards, stepping in on the floor when needed
