Burger King at Curtis Hospitality Group is seeking a Shift Leader to guide the restaurant team during assigned shifts and ensure a great guest experience. You will coach staff, manage shift execution, and protect sales, service, quality, and profitability.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the team through the shift and assign people where they are needed most.
• Deliver fast, friendly, accurate service in a clean and welcoming environment.
• Coach team members in the moment and reinforce performance expectations.
• Execute Burger King operating standards and the shift plan.
• Monitor speed of service, order accuracy, food quality, cleanliness, and guest experience.
• Follow cash-handling and security procedures.
• Support inventory management, product receiving, and restaurant readiness.
• Respond to guest concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly.
• Complete required shift documentation and communicate important information to the management team.
• Support opening, closing, and other operational responsibilities as assigned.
