Job summary

Burger King Corporation is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to oversee daily shift operations, supervise staff, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting. You will manage cash, uphold brand standards, and train team members while maintaining a clean and safe workplace.

Successful candidates demonstrate strong leadership, reliability, and willingness to learn all restaurant areas, including cost control and resource utilization, across varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience.
• Previous fast food restaurant experience required.
• Communication in English is required; Spanish comprehension helpful.
• Strong leadership skills; calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Willing to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all restaurant activities during their shift to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervises staff, handles cash management, and enforces policies and procedures.
• Interacts with guests to resolve concerns promptly and effectively.
• Leads with empathy and teamwork; trains others and develops talent for future roles.
• Plans and executes shift operations efficiently and maintains cleanliness and safety.
