Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader to drive daily operations, lead a team, and ensure excellent guest service. You’ll be on your feet, coordinating shifts, guiding staff, and keeping the wash flowing smoothly with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Starting pay is $15–$17 per hour plus biweekly tips, with paid training and opportunities for advancement as the company grows. This is a dynamic, outdoor role that rewards reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma required.
• Leadership or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
