Job summary

WhiteWater Express in Spring, TX is hiring a Shift Leader for a fast-paced, hands-on role. You’ll lead daily shift operations, support a team, and ensure customer satisfaction while keeping the wash running smoothly.

Starting pay is $15–$17 per hour plus biweekly tips. We provide paid training, promote from within, and offer performance bonuses. Outdoor work, flexible evenings and weekends, and a strong team culture await.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs; stay active during the shift.
• Available evenings and weekends; pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support opening and closing procedures; maintain cleanliness.
