Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader to drive daily operations and mentor a frontline team at our Forest Creek location. This full-time role offers a starting pay of $15–$18 per hour plus biweekly tips and paid training.

We promote from within and provide opportunities for advancement into management. You’ll be active, customer-focused, and responsible for helping the operation run smoothly during shifts.

Qualifications

• Willing to lead and motivate a fast-paced team.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active.
• Pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and oversee team.
• Ensure teammates understand responsibilities.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
• Assist customers with wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and wash quality.
• Foster a positive, team-focused environment.
