Job summary

WhiteWater Express in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Shift Leader (Full-time) to drive daily shift operations, lead a team, and deliver outstanding customer service. The role includes paid training, performance bonuses, and growth opportunities within a fast-growing company.

Starting pay is $15–$17 per hour plus biweekly tips, with flexible scheduling. You will guide the team, assist with supervision, ensure safety policies are followed, and contribute to a positive, productive work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization and wash quality.
