Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader to drive daily operations, lead a team, and ensure exceptional customer service. This full-time, on-site role offers paid training, performance bonuses, and opportunities for advancement within a fast-growing company.

Starting pay ranges from $15 to $17 per hour plus biweekly tips; flexible shifts and a supportive team environment are highlighted benefits. Training provided; outdoor work in varying weather is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and oversee team performance.
• Ensure team understands responsibilities and completes tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service and address concerns.
• Assist customers in selecting wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Help with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Follow safety policies and procedures and aid opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and wash quality; foster a positive team environment.
