Job summary

McDonald’s Rochester (New Hampshire) is seeking a Certified Swing Manager to lead daily restaurant operations on assigned shifts, directing crew, assigning roles, and ensuring a safe, fast, friendly guest experience across drive-thru, front counter, kiosk, and curbside.

You will monitor service speed, order accuracy, food quality, and hospitality, enforce food safety procedures, maintain cleanliness, and coach team members to uphold brand standards while controlling labor and costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift team by directing crew members, assigning positions, and managing floor operations to deliver a fast, friendly guest experience across drive-thru, front counter, kiosk, mobile order, and curbside.
• Monitor speed of service, order accuracy, food quality, and hospitality while upholding brand standards and safety procedures.
• Enforce food safety, proper handwashing, time/temperature controls, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Manage labor deployment to balance sales volume with cost control and protect company assets through cash-handling and security procedures.
• Train and coach crew members, provide real-time feedback, recognise performance, and address gaps to foster teamwork and accountability.
• Communicate shift performance and staffing needs to the General Manager, document incidents, resolve guest concerns, and ensure follow-up.
