McDonald’s is seeking a Certified Swing Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations on assigned shifts in Franklin, NH. The role focuses on leading the shift team, ensuring safety, quality, and fast service while upholding McDonald’s standards.

You will supervise crew, manage labor and costs, train staff, handle guest concerns, and collaborate with the General Manager to maintain a high standard of hospitality across drive-thru, counter, and other channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift team by directing crew members, assigning positions, and managing floor operations to deliver fast, friendly service across channels.
• Ensure food safety and operational compliance, enforce proper handwashing, time/temperature controls, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness standards.
• Manage labor deployment to support sales and control costs, monitor waste, complete product counts, and protect company assets by following cash-handling procedures.
• Train and coach crew on procedures and brand standards, provide real-time feedback, recognize strong performance, and address gaps constructively.
• Communicate with the General Manager and leadership about shift performance, staffing needs, equipment issues, and guest concerns.
• Document incidents and resolve guest complaints professionally, with follow-up as needed.
• Balance people, performance, and procedures to consistently deliver safe food, great service, and a welcoming restaurant environment.
