Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts franchisee in Beverly, MA is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members, oversee shift operations, and ensure a great guest experience. You will set goals, assign duties, provide timely feedback, and motivate the team to perform at a high level.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills required.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Talk employees through and out of position on each shift, giving feedback and recognizing achievements respectfully.
• Deploy team members to meet guests’ needs and service standards.
• Support training of Crew Members as directed by GM or Assistant Manager.
• Communicate goals and hold team accountable for performance during shift.
• Hold guests as highest priority and model exceptional guest service.
• Drive urgency to satisfy guests’ needs and resolve problems.
