RaceTrac is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced team, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards. You’ll mentor colleagues, manage day-to-day store operations, and drive performance across food service, inventory, and cash handling.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift and set a cheerful, can-do tone.
• Coach team members in real-time to improve performance.

• Oversee inventory, cash wrap, and compliance documentation.
• Communicate updates from leadership to shift associates and escalate as needed.
