Job summary

Weber Enterprises, Inc. operates a Taco Bell franchise with over 40 locations in Oregon and Washington. The Shift Leader will drive fast service, resolve guest issues, and uphold safety and quality standards.

You will supervise food prep, costs, and daily operations while supporting a positive team environment. Ideal candidates bring restaurant or customer service experience, are at least 18, and can obtain required food safety certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Available to work flexible hours.
• Possess a valid food handler's certificate (can be obtained during employment, depending on state or local requirements).
• Must be able to obtain additional food safety certification (on the job).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Capable of making quick, effective decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to ensure fast service and resolve guest complaints quickly.
• Oversee product preparation, food safety, and costs while managing daily operations.
• Coordinate opening and closing duties and supervise crew productivity.
• Support marketing programs and maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety standards.
• Demonstrate energy and leadership to meet customer needs in a fast-paced environment.
