Jersey Mike's Springfield is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team in a fast-paced QSR environment. You will lead a crew of 2 to 5, open/close duties, ensure high quality food and customer service, and enforce policies.

Expect 35-40 hours per week, reliable transportation, and opportunities for growth. The role offers an hourly wage of $17-$18 plus tips and a structured training program.

Qualifications

• 1 Year QSR experience.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
