Jersey Mike's Subs in Springfield, NJ is seeking a Shift Lead to support the management team and help deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience. You will produce high quality food, uphold standards, and lead a small crew in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers an hourly wage of $17–$18 plus tips, with 35–40 hours per week and opportunities for growth. Transportation is required and a commitment to customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• 1 Year QSR experience.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Producing high quality food.
• Delivering the Jersey Mike’s experience.
• Developing others for career growth.
• Enforcing policies and procedures.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and proper sanitation practices.
• Open/close store and manage daily tasks.
• Lead crew of 2 to 5 people per shift.
