Jersey Mike's Subs in Hoboken, NJ is seeking a Shift Lead to support store operations in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You’ll supervise a small crew, ensure quality food prep, and deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience to every customer.

The role pays an hourly wage of $17–$18 plus tips, with 35–40 hours per week. Candidates should have at least 1 year of QSR experience, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and work well in a team.

Qualifications

• 1 Year QSR experience.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 35-40 hours per week
• Have reliable transportation
• Communicate with management team of any issues they are having
• Work in a fast-paced team driven atmosphere
• Provide an exceptional experience to all customers
• Perform all tasks related to opening and closing of store
• Have comprehensive knowledge of operational checklists
• Manage and lead crew of 2 to 5 people per shift
